House accommodate 8 people, two double beds, 4 single beds, extra sofa bed. House is first row on the seafront in the quiet village on the island of Solta. There is port for ferry in the village, Rogac. House is facing Split. Has two floors, each floor has two bedrooms, bathroom with bath shower cabins, living room and new kitchen on each floor, large terraces overlooking the beach in front. Beach is stone plateau, stairs lead down to the beach.

Surrounding is quiet, a lot greenery around, village is 300 meters away. there is gas station, ferry port, grocery, exchange office.

Ferry goes from Split to Rogac 6 times per day, takes 40 minutes.
